The first thing anyone sees

Service 06
Pure-water window cleaning on a water-fed pole — no soap, no ladder, up to 9 metres reach.
In short
Reflection provides water-fed window cleaning for commercial buildings, retail premises and residential estates in Richards Bay and KwaZulu-Natal. The service uses a water-fed pole system with purified water and no soap or chemicals, reaching up to approximately 9 metres from ground level as a one-man operation with no ladder or cherry picker required. It covers exterior glass on multi-storey offices, shopfronts, estate common areas and single-storey homes, delivered as a once-off clean or a scheduled maintenance cycle.
Why it matters
A visitor forms an opinion of your building from the outside, before anyone greets them. Streaked or dusty glass undercuts everything else about the presentation.
Purified water leaves no chemical film behind, so glass dries clear rather than streaked — and nothing runs off onto paving, planting or parked vehicles below.
The pole system reaches up to roughly 9 metres from the ground, covering most low- and mid-rise buildings without a ladder, scaffold or cherry picker on site.
It's a one-man operation with no access equipment to set up or work around, so it fits into a normal working day without cordoning off entrances or car parks.
How we deliver it
We confirm glass count, height, access and a water source on site, so the visit is quoted against the actual building rather than a generic rate.
A clear quote is issued for a once-off clean or a recurring cycle, with the visit timed to avoid your busiest hours.
Purified water is fed through the pole to agitate and rinse the glass, working section by section from ground level.
Because the water is pure, glass air-dries spot-free with no wipe-down needed — the finished result is checked before the team leaves.
Tell us what the building is and how it is used. We will walk the site and come back with a clear quote and a fixed figure.
Questions
No. A water-fed pole cleans glass with purified water and a soft brush head at low flow, not a high-pressure jet — pressure washing is a different service we don't currently offer. This is specifically for windows and glass.
